I'm Tired

Image
By Skinny Farmer I admit it, I'm tired this morning. You ever feel that way too?  Of course.  We all experience it from time to time.  I used to feel exhausted every morning, until I started taking steps to improve my sleep. But not lately.  Lately I've been extra tired in the morning. And I only have myself to blame.  That's because I'm not following my own advice. I just want to crawl in. What do I need to do to improve my sleep? There are some fundamental things that, at least for me, have made a big difference. I'll list some of them and then tell you where I screwed up.

Sow Good

We hope you have noticed our tag line by now. Sow Good It's not just a motto. It is our Mission Statement here at The Skinny Farmer. Personally, I think it's pretty clear and speaks for itself. That reminds me. Whenever I hear the phrase, it speaks for itself , it calls to mind of one of my favorite old professors.  I'll call him Professor K.  Back in the day, if a student ever said in class that something speaks for itself, he would indicate for us to be quiet, lift it up to his ear, and listen.  Then he would raise his eyebrows and say, "I don't hear anything." In honor of Professor K, I'll do some speaking in this blog post on behalf of our Mission Statement.  Especially since it directly relates to my not actually being a farmer--at least in the technical sense.
