Skinny Farmer's Travel Challenge

Just a quick note today.  I will be travelling all next week and that brings up two big issues:

Number one: I won't have access to a computer or the Internet, so I won't be posting during that week.

Number two: I am curious to see how well I do on my Keto and Intermittent Fasting while travelling.

I know there are going to be lots of unhealthy temptations.  I also know that when I am out of my routine, it is harder to stick to a healthy eating regimen.

I need to approach it with a plan.

Hoping to rely upon Willpower is not an acceptable plan.

I thought about wiring my jaw shut, but that seemed a bit unpleasant.

So I need to figure out how to stay on track while I travel.
