So far you have only heard my voice on this blog.  It's time for you to hear from my partner who has been silent up to this point.  I am pleased to introduce you to the lovely, gracious, and brilliant VG.  I'll let her take it from here.  As I told you, you are in for a treat.

I was just thinking ..... we are living breathing scientific experiments happening right now.

Our generation is living longer than previous generations. The BIG question is are we living better?
Thoughts to ponder.

One small change in the right direction is the start of a new and better life. The hardest thing often is just getting started. And..... guess what - It's all in your head!

I'm going to have to use the "F" word
